Two years ago, the Micro Focus ITOM team started on a major transformation journey with the goal to revolutionize enterprise software and help our customers manage complex hybrid IT environments at an unprecedented scale. To do this we had to find a way to deliver a steady stream of consumable innovation all while avoiding the costs and risks typical of the industry. This meant not only transforming our products, but also our organization and operational model.
This week it was my privilege to announce a major outcome of this transformation, the ITOM Platform. This platform will enable customers to deploy, manage, update and scale our ITOM products across public and private cloud, on traditional virtualized environments and even on bare metal and emerging CaaS environments such as the Suse CaaS Platform.
