so the native interface in VMware is called Virtual Infrastructure Client you will find it under Driveletter:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Server\hostddoc\rootclient there is VMware-viclient.exe you can install it normally

to connect to your Vmware server open Virtual Infrastructure Client located on the desktop or in the start menu.

then type your server name or IP followed by the port number as in the screen then your username and password and enjoy the native interface….
